Handpicked from a small grove of 500 trees on the volcanic slopes of Garden Hill in Kangaroo Ground, 35km from Melbourne at the edge of the Yarra Valley. Our oils are made using minimal intervention to unlock the true flavours from the earth on which they were grown. Within hours of handpicking, our olives are cold-pressed and stored in stainless vats to allow sediment to naturally settle, removing the need for filtration. From our first harvest to our third, each is made in the same loving way, producing oil with deep green to golden hues, packed with flavour.
